Ingredients for Oatmeal Wraps

      • 2 cups of rolled oats

      • 2 cups of water

      • 1/4 tsp of salt

    Instructions For making Oatmeal Wraps

        • Blend together oats, water and salt on high speed until thoroughly combined.

        • Heat a lightly oiled non-stick skillet on medium heat and pour about 1/4 of the mixture in, using a spoon to spread out the mixture to increase the size of the wrap.

        • Cook on one side for 2-3 minutes then flip to allow the other side to cook.

        • Once the wrap begins to puff up, transfer to a plate and cover it while cooking the rest of the mixture.

        • Serve as desired and Enjoy!

Lower the heat between each wrap to make sure that you’ll have enough time to spread them out. If the pan is too hot, the wraps will cook immediately. These can be enjoyed as a wrap or roti.
