Makhana chaat

Makhana Chaat is a quick easy snack to make and healthy snack. Makhana Chaat is made by ghee roasting phool makhana then assembled together with curd and chutneys

Ingredients

  • 1 cups roasted makhana (I ghee roast my makhanas)
  • 1 cup curd or Greek yogurt
  • green chutney as needed
  • red chilli powder
  • Chat masala powder
  • roasted jeera powder
  • Cucumber (optional – to get extra fiber)
  • Onion
  • coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • To a mixing bowl add curd/Greek yogurt make it smooth
  • Add mahkana to it Sprinkle jeera powder, red chilli powder, chat masala powder on top.
  • Add green chutney 
  • Add raw onion and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve Makhana Chaat immediately!
